Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, you may return it to us for a refund or make an exchange. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as 3 Bent Nails is not responsible for lost packages. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Items will be accepted for exchange or refunded up to 30 days from original purchase date.
  • Sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for for return postage when exchanging for a different item, a wrong item was ordered, a wrong size was ordered, or when returning an item if you decide you no longer would like to purchase.
  • 3 Bent Nails is not liable for any items that are lost in transit. If this occurs, contact your local post office.
